The Dedham Greenspace Coalition is excited to host our second Story Slam community storytelling event on Friday, May 29th. Hosted at TLC Studios at 390 Washington Street in Dedham - next to Oscar’s Pub and Kitchen.

The theme: When Life Throws You Curve Balls. We invite community members to share personal stories about a time that you faced an unexpected challenge - and came through it with some hard-won wisdom to share. Dedham resident and seasoned story slam winner Mark Scherfling will once again serve as moderator. Like our Facebook page to get any ongoing updates.

Proceeds support the work of the Dedham Greenspace Coalition, which educates and advocates to protect and expand vibrant public green spaces that enrich community life for ALL - especially those who have historically not been provided equitable access to green and open spaces.

Through community education, communication, and thoughtful advocacy, we work to ensure that Dedham’s natural and shared places remain welcoming, accessible, and thriving for generations
