Paul Reynolds, Co-Founder
Paul Reynolds is a civic leader, educator, author, and media entrepreneur with decades of experience building mission-driven organizations that blend storytelling, education, and community impact. He is CEO of FableVision Studios and Co-Founder of the Reynolds Center for Teaching, Learning & Creativity and TLC Studios in Dedham, where he has led nationally recognized initiatives advancing youth voice, creativity, and positive social change. Paul brings strategic vision, partnership development, and a deep commitment to place-based impact to the Dedham Greenspace Coalition.

Carol Hills, Executive Director & Co-Founder
Carol Hills is an environmental advocate and organizational leader with a distinguished background in public-service media. She is the creator and longtime anchor of The World, a nationally and internationally syndicated public radio news program known for bringing global context to local audiences. As Executive Director, Carol leads the Coalition’s operations, strategy, and community partnerships, combining editorial rigor, civic engagement, and conservation expertise.

Peter H. Reynolds, Co-Founder
Peter H. Reynolds is an internationally recognized author, illustrator, and creative leader whose work has inspired millions of children and educators worldwide. Through bestselling books such as The Dot, Be You, The Word Collector, and his leadership of FableVision and the Reynolds Center for Teaching, Learning & Creativity, Peter has championed creativity as a force for empathy, agency, and stewardship. His role with the Coalition brings a powerful creative, storytelling and educational lens to environmental conservation and community connection.
